    Welcome to Traveln.ai! These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our platform, which connects travelers with service providers for activities, events, and experiences.

    By using our website, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

    These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
    Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of the UAE.

  4. 4. User Eligibility & Age Restrictions

    • Minors under 18 years old are not permitted to register or make purchases on Traveln.ai.
    • By using our platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or using the service under the supervision of a legal guardian.

  5. 5. User Responsibilities & Account Security

    • Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account.
    • Users are responsible for maintaining account security, including safeguarding login credentials.
    • Traveln.ai is not liable for unauthorized access due to negligence or weak passwords.

  6. 6. Transactions, Payments & Pricing

    6.1 Payment Methods

    • We accept Visa, MasterCard debit, and credit cards in AED, as well as other payment methods supported by Telr.
    • Payment is processed immediately upon booking confirmation.
    • Prices are displayed in AED and include applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.

    6.2 Secure Payment Processing

    • Traveln.ai uses Telr as a payment provider to ensure all transactions are encrypted and processed securely.
    • We do not store your credit card or payment details.

    6.3 Order Confirmation

    • After a successful payment, customers will receive a confirmation email with booking details.

    6.4 Multiple Transactions

    • If multiple bookings are made, each transaction may appear separately on your bank statement.

  7. 7. Cancellations, Refunds & Disputes

    7.1 Cancellation & Refund Policy

    • Each service provider on our platform has its own cancellation and refund policy, which travelers must review before booking.
    • If a refund is applicable, it will be processed via the original payment method.
    • Refunds are typically processed within 5-15 business days, depending on your bank and payment processor.

    7.2 Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution

    • If you believe an unauthorized transaction has occurred, contact us at support@traveln.ai immediately.
    • Traveln.ai will work with Telr and relevant banks to investigate fraudulent activities. Additional documentation may be required for dispute resolution.

  8. 8. Data Protection & Privacy

    • All credit/debit card details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented, or leased to any third parties.
    • Traveln.ai does not pass any debit/credit card details to third parties.
    • While we take extensive security measures to protect user data, no system can guarantee complete security.

  9. 9. Prohibited Activities

    • Traveln.ai does not provide services to countries sanctioned by OFAC or UAE regulations.
    • Fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activities on our platform will result in account suspension and possible legal action.

    We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of Traveln.ai after any updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
