At Traveln.ai, we operate as a marketplace that connects travelers with independent service providers, including accommodations, tour operators, activity organizers, event hosts, and transportation providers. Traveln.ai does not directly provide travel services but facilitates transactions between travelers and service providers, ensuring a seamless booking experience.

1. Service Provider Delivery Terms
Since Traveln.ai is not a direct service provider, each service provider on our platform establishes its own terms and conditions regarding service fulfillment. These terms may include, but are not limited to:
- Service Fulfillment Timeframes: Estimated timelines for service delivery, including potential delays due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Pickup & Drop-off Procedures: Designated locations for service delivery and any additional charges for custom requests.
- Cancellations & Refunds: Each provider has its own cancellation, rescheduling, and refund policy, which customers must review before booking.
- Liability & Insurance: Service providers are responsible for their services, including any lost, damaged, or delayed items.
It is the traveler’s responsibility to review and understand the service provider’s terms before completing a booking.

2. Proof of Delivery & Payment Confirmation
To ensure transparency and security in transactions, Traveln.ai follows these verification procedures:
- Proof of Service Fulfillment: Service completion is confirmed through provider verification, traveler check-ins, or digital logs.

Payment Confirmation: Travelers receive an email and/or SMS confirmation upon successful booking and payment. This confirmation includes:
- Booking details
- Transaction ID
- Service provider information
- Multiple Transactions on Statements: If multiple services are booked, travelers may see separate charges for each transaction on their statements.

3. Traveln.ai’s Role & Responsibilities
While Traveln.ai does not dictate service provider policies, we facilitate communication between travelers and providers to help resolve disputes. Our customer support team is available to:
- Address inquiries related to service fulfillment.
- Assist with disputes between travelers and service providers.
- Ensure that providers adhere to their stated policies.

4. Dispute Resolution & Refunds
If a traveler encounters an issue with a booked service, Traveln.ai will mediate between the traveler and the service provider to find a resolution.
- Refunds are subject to the service provider’s terms.
- If a provider fails to fulfill a service, Traveln.ai may assist in securing a refund when appropriate.
- All refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 10 to 45 days, in accordance with the provider’s policy and any applicable regulations.

5. Compliance with Regulatory Requirements
- Restricted Countries: Traveln.ai does not provide services to OFAC-sanctioned countries and complies with international trade regulations.
- Legal & Regulatory Compliance: All transactions must adhere to the laws and financial regulations of the countries in which we operate.
