   Each service provider on Traveln.ai establishes its own cancellation and refund policies. These policies vary based on experience type, booking conditions, and operational needs. Customers are advised to carefully review these policies before making a booking.

2. 2. How Cancellations Work

   • Travelers must follow the specific provider’s cancellation policy provided at booking.
   • Cancellation or modification requests must be submitted via the Traveln.ai platform or directly with the service provider.
   • Providers have 5 business days to respond to refund requests. If no response is received, Traveln.ai will intervene.
   • Traveln.ai processes cancellations strictly based on provider rules and conditions.

3. 3. Refunds and Modifications

   Refund Terms

   • The refund amount, processing time, and applicable fees depend on the service provider’s policy.
   • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days, but the final transfer may take up to 45 days, depending on the bank’s processing time.

   Refund Eligibility

   • Full Refunds – If a provider cancels or fails to deliver the service.
   • Partial Refunds – If the cancellation is made within the provider’s allowable refund period.
   • No Refunds – If the booking is marked as non-refundable unless a force majeure event occurs.
   • All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used by the customer.

4. 4. Cancellation Timeframe

   • Cancellation requests must be made within the timeframe specified by the provider.
   • If the provider does not specify a timeframe, cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.

5. 5. Non-Refundable and Special Cases

   • Certain bookings may be non-refundable or have special conditions (e.g., last-minute bookings, seasonal events, promotions).
   • Non-refundable bookings will be clearly stated before purchase, and customers must acknowledge this before payment.
   • Force Majeure Exceptions – In cases of natural disasters, government restrictions, or other uncontrollable events, providers may offer exceptions.

   • Traveln.ai acts as a facilitator between travelers and service providers but does not directly manage cancellations or refunds beyond the stated terms.
   • Travelers agree to the provider’s terms upon booking.
   • Our support team can mediate disputes, but the final decision rests with the service provider.

   • Travelers should first attempt to resolve disputes directly with the provider.

   Step 3: Resolution Timeline

   • Initial response: Within 24-48 hours.
   • Resolution timeframe: Typically within 10 business days.

   Step 4: Payment Gateway Disputes

   • If a dispute remains unresolved, travelers may escalate it through the payment gateway dispute process, subject to verification.

   Step 5: Final Decision

   • Final decisions are based on provider policies, submitted evidence, and Traveln.ai mediation efforts.
   • Refund processing follows provider policies and stated timelines.
